Hang on to Those Plastic Eggs!

Last year, while perusing Pinterest, I found a wreath made of plastic Easter eggs.  I didn't think much of it until I ran into a bag of free Publix eggs at a yard sale.  What an awesome opportunity to make a cute Easter wreath!

I had one of those messy straw wreaths that I found at Goodwill for $1 on their 50% off day.  Keep the plastic on it to save the hassle of straw everywhere.  Any type of wreath could be used for this project.

Time for the hot glue gun! Glue away at the eggs, placing them as close as possible as you go. Little gaps between the eggs are okay.

Take Easter basket grass and hot glue it between the eggs. I used the paper kind from Dollar Tree, but you can pick whatever kind you like. The whole project cost $2!

This is how mine turned out...
I bought ribbon to add a bow, but I haven't decided if I want to yet. Maybe next year! I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter, and happy hunting for free plastic eggs to make your own wreath :)
