I have quite a few strategies to save money for our family. This is something I grew up learning. My dad was a police officer and mom was a teacher's assistant, both respectable jobs, but not big money makers. Ryan and I are in the same situation, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Being teachers takes a certain person, and having male teachers is especially important. It also means Ryan is in a job where he's not traveling and can be home more often (except for football season!). Plus, we both love what we do!
I was able to take a lot of strategies I already learned and add more to help our family thrive.
