Tomorrow is Dr. Seuss' birthday! I have already set up a {space} in the boys' playroom with all things Dr. Seuss.
Tomorrow, I plan to make them some fun snacks and do crafts related to Dr. Seuss. I went to my favorite place, {pinterest}, to come up with some ideas.
I will definitely make this. How simple! I know my boys will love {Strawberry and Banana Skewers} to go along with Cat in the Hat.
{Deviled Green Eggs and Ham Sandwiches} are so easy! I know my boys will get a kick out of the green deviled eggs.
This {treat} is another easy one if I can get out for the ingredients. The blog spells out exactly how to make it.
This great {poem} was also on there, posted by a teacher. I will probably print it out to hang over our Dr. Seuss sanctuary. I can then read it with the boys.
I also saw this, and think I might give it a go. Jackson will probably do fine with it, but I'm a little worried about Brady!
What are you doing to celebrate Dr. Seuss Day? How do you help your children enjoy reading?
Cute craft idea and the skewers are fun too!
ReplyDeleteI just made the skewers. It was super easy and cute!
